All products sold on DigiMela are digital downloads (such as eBooks, templates, and other files).
Once a purchase is completed, the product link is delivered instantly via email or download page.

Because of the intangible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds for:

• Download or access issues due to customer’s internet/device problems
